App not opening?
Include your Shopify store domain, the time of the error, and a screenshot. Never email passwords or access tokens.
Chart not showing?
Confirm the product belongs to a selected collection, publish the chart, and enable Managed size charts under Theme app embeds.
Billing support
Subscriptions and trials are approved and processed through Shopify. Include your store domain when asking about a charge. Do not send payment-card details.
Privacy requests
For privacy, access, or deletion requests, email info@amamrefie.com. Customer requests should ordinarily begin with the Shopify merchant from whom the customer purchased.
